Riparossa covers approximately 6 hectares of which four are olive groves, while the remaining are dedicated to the orchard, a vineyard currently under renovation and a garden. On our farm we produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil and seasonal fruits and vegetables. We pay maximum attention to cultivation techniques, excluding or limiting the use of chemicals. During their stay, guests can take part in seasonal agricultural activities, like olive and fruit harvests and pruning, so as to be able to live country-life to its fullest.
